Refund Policy
Due to the late notice of event approval, there are inherent risks for organizing this event to keep participants safe. If we do not receive enough participants registering to cover the cost of producing the event, we reserve the right to cancel by 8/25 while providing a refund to the participants registering for the live event between 8/19 and 8/25.
