Westerly Rec co-hosts the annual Run for the Pumpkins Trail Races with the Westerly Track & Athletic Club. The 2023 commitment is to cover $1,000 of the $1,600 in hat giveaway costs for the race, with the hat featuring both logos of Town of Westerly Recreation Department and Westerly Track & Athletic Club.
