Welcome to each and every person who joins Hunger Warriors to make a positive difference in our Communities' Futures. We have been a participating team since 1995 in our support of Hunger Network and their 70+ programs helping Communities in the Cleveland Area. Of course, we have had different names - Lutherans Against Hunger, AAL Team, AAL/LB Team, Thrivent Team, and now Hunger Warriors.  We believe in the Hunger Network’s mission of feeding our communities’ futures “through innovation and with nontraditional approaches to serving our neighbors in need.” Once you have joined Hunger Warriors, consider ways to involve your family and friends in helping Hunger Warriors raise our Team Goal of $10,000 to assist our neighbors in need. If you are registering as a Walker, try to gather extra donations to equal $38 to celebrate being part of the 38th Hunger Walk & 5K Run. Access to healthy food is a right, not a privilege.
