We are local government created in 1986 by Palm Beach County voters to serve the children and families of Palm Beach County. Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County is governed by a 10-member board. Five members are appointed by the governor and five are appointed by the virtue of their position with other organizations in the community. We are funded with property taxes, and we use that money to support 55 programs and services for children and their families across Palm Beach County.
