Your generosity helps us continue our MISSION is to EMPOWER, EDUCATE and RAISE AWARENESS of heart health, heart disease prevention, provide heart health education by integrating physical fitness/exercise/sport activities and encourage healthy lifestyle habits for young girls aged 10-18. 

We promote physical activity, heart healthy eating and heart healthy lifestyle choices. Our GOAL is to achieve improved heart health and increased education and awareness in young girls with a focus on heart disease prevention - no. 1 killer of women in the United States.
