Welcome to my Cross for LifeFlight Fundraising Page!
Between August 1 and August 31, I will be doing my own Crossing to support LifeFlight of Maine, a challenge that will symbolize the difficulties of providing lifesaving emergency medical care to Maine's many island and rural communities.
I have been working as a medical director for LifeFlight of Maine since 2012. I have participated in several "Crossings" for LifeFlight in the past and plan to continue into the future. LifeFlight remains an important asset to the state of Maine and the entire Northern New England tier as a whole. Our teams provide critical care transport for patients in all parts of this amazing state. As part of my "Crossing," I am using this event to train for a longer trail run in October, The Bradbury Mountain 50 Miler in October. If anyone wants to join me, there is still room!!
I am hoping to raise money for LifeFlight as I run in the woods during the summer and fall. I hope that folks will help support me in my fundraising goal. Thanks for your support.
