TeenWorks is a nonprofit organization that empowers teens to achieve excellence in community, college, and career. By providing foundational workforce and professional development experiences, TeenWorks helps underserved teens build long-term, successful futures. TeenWorks’ Summer Program, which serves over 650 teens annually across Indiana, provides part-time employment for underserved teens at local nonprofit organizations, where they develop essential soft skills and take part in weekly professional development sessions covering topics like financial literacy and resume writing. TeenWorks Pro Program Managers meet with each teen individually every month to help them identify and achieve their post-secondary goals. The Alumni Program is designed to help guide teens through the transition to adult life, providing scholarships and support services for up to 6 years post-graduation. TeenWorks services are provided at absolutely no cost to teens, which means the generosity of community members like you is essential to helping us make a difference in the lives of teens across Indiana.
