Friendship Miles is a movement and community initiative rooted in the belief that everyone belongs — in running, in movement, and in the world.
We create affirming, welcoming spaces for every pace, every body, and every identity — especially for those often left out of traditional fitness spaces. Your donation supports programs and events that center LGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC runners, beginners, and anyone who’s ever felt like they didn’t belong in a running group.
From Glide With Pride, Until, Every Runner Belongs (our Mental Health/Storytelling initiative), free group events, and community healing walks, we’re working toward a future where joy is resistance, movement is medicine, and every runner knows they belong.
