At Crossroads Continuum, our mission is to transform lives by empowering individuals and families living with Autism to reach new heights, celebrating, and supporting their unique contributions within the community, and creating limitless possibilities for those we support through our highly trained staff's expertise and compassion. 

For nearly 25 years, we have provided personalized, evidence-based services and support to individuals and families living with Autism. Our comprehensive continuum of programs is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals of all ages and abilities, helping bridge critical service gaps at every stage of life—from birth through adulthood. 

Through our Early Learning Center, Day School, Adult Day Program, and expanded Home and Center-Based services, we create meaningful opportunities for individuals to develop skills, foster independence, and cultivate true inclusion and acceptance within their communities.
