Run the Gamut, Inc is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides a structured educational program to motivated and prepared young adults with autism.
We believe that employment and independent living skills are essential to best outcomes and quality of life. RTG empowers students to transition successfully into adulthood through teaching essential life and employment skills in a supportive community environment.
Our program provides a comprehensive curriculum along with workplace experiences designed to help young adults transition into more independent living through developing meaningful relationships and gaining fulfilling paid employment.

Run the Gamut is the bridge to reaching the next level of “adulting” and while it may look different for different individuals, the intensive job training skills with real internships and employment opportunities, and the practical and practiceable life skills in riding the T, doing their laundry, grocery shopping, and participating in social activities with other young adults with ASD opens up many doors for gainful employment and a robust, purposeful life.
Each student in our two-year transition program is on an individual journey to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in meaningful roles within society. Our approach is guided by evidence-based strategies, with a strong emphasis on functional life skills, individualized assessments, and real-world application to ensure that every learner is prepared for a fulfilling and self-directed future.
Funds raised through the Flutie 5K directly help our students achieve their goals. From covering costs of professional certifications such as OSHA certificates and Red Cross trainings to helping student purchase necessary items such as interview attire and Charlie cards, your donation helps fund their success.
