The East Toledo Family Center (ETFC) is the anchor organization in the East Toledo community.  We provide programs and services that help ages from birth to seniors.  We educate, engage and empower our families and community to make their own change.  

We partner and collaborate with residents, libraries, community agencies, businesses, schools and churches to champion for the East Toledo Community.
