We have had some exciting launches from IKE this month, as well as some promotions!
Alyssa has been hired at Target. She has wanted to work there for a long time and they hired her on the spot. She will work there part-time as she continues being a student at WOU.
Tim has been hired full time at Cherry City Metals. This is our first launch to Cherry City, and we are very excited about the opportunity there for Tim!
Dalton has been hired full time at Cascade Plumbing.
Along with these exciting launches, we have had several promotions:
Tim, Rosa, and Angela have all been promoted to barista from their apprenticeships. This is a big step at IKE! As well, Rosa and Angela will continue to gain valuable experience in tasks such as opening and closing, training interns and apprentices and developing leadership skills.
