Refund Policy
INCLEMENT WEATHER / CANCELLATION: This is a rain or shine event. Every effort will be made to hold the race as scheduled. If the event is cancelled due to an Act of God or circumstances beyond the race director’s control, participants will have 30 days to defer their registration through RunSignUp to the same race the following year or to another YMCA of SENC road race. A race date for the following year may not be determined within this 30-day period due to permitting requirements. There is no additional fee for deferrals due to cancellation. If a race is cancelled after it has started, there will be no deferrals or refunds.
REFUNDS: No refunds
DEFERRALS: Participants may defer their registration for a $10 fee through RunSignUp up to one month prior to race day.
BIB TRANSFERS: Bib transfers are available for a $5 fee through RunSignUp up to two weeks prior to the race. Transfers are subject to USATF and race rules.
APPAREL: Shirts must be picked up at packet pickup.
