As a prostate cancer survivor, I know the importance of two things:
- Early detection saves lives. If you or someone you know and love is over the age of 40, strongly encourage them to get screened annually for prostate cancer. It may save their life. It saved mine!
- The American Cancer Society is a leader in funding important research on the cause of and potential treatment for prostate cancer.
