The Fall 2024 Distance Training Program (DTP) will be geared for those running any event from 5k-Marathon in the Summer and Fall. The program provides anything you could ever look for in a program and is great for both experienced and beginner runners:
- Coach led group workouts twice per week can give you social and athletic benefits by training with others.
- In addition to the two group runs a week, we will outline what you should be doing the other days that we do not meet.
- Weekly email correspondence with the coach can keep you on the path to completing your first marathon or running a personal record.
