The mission of PVS is to is to improve the quality of life for women, their families and their communities through the support of the national organization and cooperation with other community-based Sections in reaching out to women here in the United States, and abroad to nations in Africa and elsewhere, and by contributing to the peaceful solutions of problems and human welfare and rights. PVS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations and is based in Montgomery County, Maryland.
