This sweet journey began when Gene Maddalena, the patriarch of our family-owned business, created the original cheesecake recipe that we still use to this day. We make each cheesecake with 100% Real Dairy, pure Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar, and other top-notch ingredients.
Presently, we make over 12 different cheesecake flavors, which include gluten-free and no-sugar-added options. In recent years, we have created other desserts like our apple crumb pie, chookies, and cheesecake-on-a-stick.
