Formula proudly offers state-of-the-art equipment. The studio is home to 12 high-performance Woodway 4Front treadmills which line the north wall. Across from the Woodways are 12 Fitbenches which hold dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, and resistance bands. Mirrors stretch across the walls, allowing our clients to focus on their form during their workouts. Our multicolored LED lighting is the final touch, setting the mood for our fast-paced, high-energy classes.
