Refund Policy
Standard deferments and refunds are available until July 30th.
Processing fees for initial sign up and USAT fees are non-refundable, there is also a $25 refund or transfer processing fee. Refunds may not be given due to day Acts of God including weather and/or water quality. Contact Race Director for details or questions. No refunds for add-on merchandise.
In case of event cancellation, the following options will apply.
1) Defer your entry to 2023 Cazenovia Triathlon (a fee may apply)
2) Transfer registration to Virtual race.
3) If cancelled prior to July 30th: Obtain a standard refund, less $25 refund processing fees and any USAT fees (licenses).
4) If cancelled after July 30th: Obtain a 50% refund, less $25 processing fees
5) Choose to waive all or part of your refund which will be used to support the Cazenovia Triathlon operating expense.
