Physical activity and exercise will benefit your health both now and in the future. Most importantly, regular exercise will help you live a better life. Regular physical activity will help you strengthen your muscles and increase your performance. Exercise helps your cardiovascular system work more effectively by delivering oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. You will have more energy to tackle daily tasks as your heart and lung performance improves.

Help us donate for the Race Against Hunger Virtual 5K Run and Walk to benefit Connecticut Food Bank|Foodshare. The funds raised will go towards feeding those in need throughout the state especially as the COVID pandemic continues to impact our lives.
