Refund Policy
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE A REGISTRATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Planning and developing an athletic event that ensures adequate support and supplies for participants is difficult. We rely on the registration information to provide us with an accurate participant count. Because this is vital to the success of our events, there will be no refunds once a registration has been processed. If the at the time of the in-person event local regulations limit the ability to hold the live event, all racers registered for the in-person event will be converted to the virtual event(s).
Racers who register for the in-person event and decide at a later time to switch to the virtual event may do so directly in the Run SignUp under your own profile. Likewise, racers registered for the virtual event may switch to the in-person event prior to June 3, 2021 if there is space available. Changes after May 15, 2021 will be subject to the price increases effective on that date.
