Lucky Paws Dog Rescue is a registered nonprofit rescue with Revenue Canada. We are a group of volunteers dedicated in rescuing dogs & puppies that come from horrible situations and give them a new lease on life. We do not get any financial support from any levels of government or qualify for grants. Plus, we do not get any type of discounts from the veterinaries that we use when it comes to spay & neutering, check up's, etc. Our funding comes from fundraising events, adoptions, and charitable donations from dedicated dog lovers.
Our mandate is to ensure that all the dogs & puppies that we rescue or gets surrendered to us. Gets a 100% check up by the vet and microchipped by one of our volunteers. All the dogs & puppies we rescue are placed with loving and dedicated Volunteer Foster's. This ensures that the dog or puppy is cared for in a loving family environment. Not like dog shelters, where the dogs are locked in a cage for long periods time and have no contact with the outside world, or other dogs or feel the warm touch of a human. We are located here in Regina, Saskatchewan.
