Dear Family and Friends,
I am proud to be participating in Selfhelp’s 5K Run/Walk for the second year in a row to raise money for Holocaust survivors.
I am dedicating this race to the memory of my loving grandparents, who survived the Holocaust but endured tremendous loss and pain. They were fortunate to rebuild their lives and create a beautiful Jewish family and home. Their story is one of resilience—and it's why supporting survivors today means so much to me.
Founded in 1936, Selfhelp operates the oldest and largest program serving Holocaust survivors in North America, caring for over 5,000 survivors. As survivors grow older and frailer, they require more help than ever. Selfhelp is their lifeline, providing a full spectrum of services including home care, financial assistance, pastoral care, social programs, and much more.
Please join me in helping to ensure Holocaust survivors age with the comfort and dignity they deserve. Thank you in advance for your support!
With love, Simone
