My goal is to raise $888 as a team because “8” is my lucky number.
Throughout the pandemic there have been many ups and downs for all of us. With that, I am excited to share for me one of the BIGGEST DOWNS has been my weight. I have been relatively quiet about this journey because this time I needed to do it alone, for me and for my wife (JEN), and for my life. I guess massive blood clots can really make you evaluate things.
With that said, I am participating in an awesome virtual event with the American Cancer Society and I would LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN MY TEAM.
Let’s go in 2021 on a healthy high. You do NOT need to do “exercise” – you need to commit to 20 minutes of a healthy activity each day for ten days. Make a healthy meal. Take a walk with your honey. Dance in the living room with the kids. And of course, working out counts too.
