Description

Simulate the NJ Marathon from the comfort of your own neighborhood over four weeks beginning Sunday, April 26.  RUN (from) HOME to celebrate the great shore towns that make up the NJ Marathon course with a new distance goal each week.  Over the course of four weeks the mileage adds up to 26.2 miles!  Good vibes guaranteed, ocean sea breeze sold separately.

SET YOUR COURSE

YOU GET TO CHOOSE 1, 2, 3, OR ALL 4 WEEKS.
 
WEEK 1:  OCEANPORT + MONMOUTH BEACH

Complete 3 MILES

Start Sunday, April 26.  Submit results by Saturday, May 2.

WEEK 2:  DEAL + ALLENHURST + LOCH ARBOUR

Complete 6.2 MILES

Start Sunday, May 3.  Submit results by Saturday, May 9.

WEEK 3:  ASBURY PARK + OCEAN GROVE

Complete 7 MILES

Start Sunday, May 10.  Submit results by Saturday, May 16.

WEEK 4:  LONG BRANCH

Complete 10 MILES

Start Sunday, May 17.  Submit results by Saturday, May 23.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  • Sign up to run one, two, three or all four weeks.  You set your own course!
  • Create your own local safe-distancing routes or run on your treadmill.
  • Each week complete the mileage on your own and report your results.
  • You can WALK or RUN the distance. 
  • You can run the distance in one shot or accumulate your mileage over the duration of the week, reporting your total for the week's mileage in the results.
  • You can post your time or you can record a "finish" and not reveal your time!
  • Each week all entries become potential raffle drawing winners!
  • If you can, help out our charities while you keep that enthusiasm going for running down the shore!

SUBMIT RESULTS:  Participants can submit results through their own RunSignUp profile or by going to the RESULTS tab on the RunSignUp registration page.  If you have questions about submitting results, please don't hesitate to reach out to gail@runpacers.com.

EVERYONE EARNS A REWARD

ALL registrants will receive a coupon code good for $20 off a purchase of $100 or more at the Pacers web store.

WEEKLY WINNERS

  • We will conduct a random drawing of one winner each week from folks who are registered for that week's virtual leg.

DONATE TO A CHARITY (OPTIONAL)

  • In these challenging times, if you are able to make an optional donation of any amount to a beneficiary presented in the registration process, 100% of your donation amount will go directly to your selected organization.

SUBMIT YOUR WEEKLY RESULTS

Submit Your Virtual Results
You can submit and manage your results each week for the RUN (from) HOME VIRTUAL CHALLENGE. You can do this directly from the RunSignup Run (from) Home Race Page or from your RunSignup profile.

* Submit using the RUN (from) HOME Race Page - Navigate back here to the race's RunSignup race page > and select the Result tab > then select Submit Virtual Results. Search for your registration by bib number, first and last name, email address and DOB.  Once you have found your registration select Submit Virtual Results > Enter in your time > then select Submit Time.
* Submit Virtual Results From Your RunSignup Profile - Select your Profile Icon at the top right hand corner. Under your Upcoming Events > Select Submit Virtual Results > Enter in your Time > then select Submit Time.

You can also record that you've finished the week's event and not include your time - your choice!!
