Peoria Unified School District 5k Fun Run and Walk

The Peoria Unified School District 5K Fun Run will be held on Saturday, March 7 at Liberty High School. Our goal is to raise awareness and encourage district employees and their families to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

You must register by February 20 to be guaranteed a t-shirt. *You must be at the event to receive your t-shirt*

Price Increase on 2/7/2026 - $15 for ages 13 and up; $10 for children 12 and under

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Runners/walkers will not be allowed to start more than 5 minutes past the start time for safety and contractual reasons, so please be on time as we want you to participate!

Water and healthy snacks will be available before and after the race. 

Event Schedule and Activities:
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Registration/ Check in 
9:00 AM: Welcome Announcement 
9:05 AM: Kids Dash (kids ages 12 and under)  
9:15 AM: Stretch 
9:20 AM: 5k Begins  
10:20 AM: Award Ceremony will begin after winners from each category have completed the race - approximately 10:20 a.m.

Awards

Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female finishers in each age division:

Age 12 and under 
Age 13-19 
Age 20-29 
Age 30-39 
Age 40-49 
Age 50-59 
Age 60-69 
Age 70+
