Refund Policy
UPDATE on 8/10/2025-
We are sold out. If you have registered and are interested in sharing your spot with someone else - read below!
- We are offering conditional refunds.
- That means, if someone else wants a spot in your event and category - the system will process the refund and allow the new person in.
- To request a refund, go into manage registration (from your original confirmation email) or log into your RunSignUp.com account. There should be a tab that says "Give Up My Bib"
- Here is a page that has nice screenshots and a bit more explanation of the conditional refund process:

"The fine print"
To process your conditional refund, there is a $20 processing fee. (Please note, that there is also a processing fee for deferrals of $20 - so you're not necessarily gaining anything by deferring)
- The returned fee is the registration fee. Processing fee can not be refunded.
- No add-ons will be refunded.
- Except, if you reserved a bike rack - email me and I can get that adjusted.
- Your USAT one day license has already been paid for and the funds transferred to USA Triathlon. I have no way to get those funds back.
- If you are a relay team, and you'd like to apply for the refund - please email me directly.
Trio Multisport LLC does NOT offer refunds for any of our events.
I realize that no one knows that they are going to get sick right before an event, when they sign up months in advance. That is why we offer insurance.

-
Up to 2 weeks before registration closes a transfer can be requested.
-
Trio Multisport LLC reserves the right to charge a $20 transfer fee.
-
If the transfer request is to another person, the fee will be payable by the new registrant.
