Event Description
Join us for our 4th Annual Honor Our Fallen and Remember the Families 5K Memorial Run & Walk as we pay tribute to our fallen heroes who served in the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. This year, we will be commemorating Deputy Hector Cuevas, Jr. and Deputy Andrew Nuñez who were both killed in the line of duty in 2025. This is a partnering event with SEBA, the Sheriff’s Department, and the Sheriff’s Athletic Federation.
SEBA's Peace Officer Relief Fund (PORF) is proud to financially sponsor this event for our members, members' families and supporters. All funds raised will go directly to the SEBA Charity Fund, supporting programs that give back to our law enforcement families and community.
Pre-registration pick-up will take place Friday, March 13, 2026, from 9am-3pm at SEBA’s office located at 1998 Orange Tree Lane Redlands, CA 92374.
Online registration for Runners will close the day of the race at 8:00am. QR Codes will be displayed or you can text S23327 to 49514 (case sensitive).
Online T-shirt upgrades will end Friday, March 6. T-shirts will be available for purchase at our Merchandise booth the day of for $25.
This event is cashless. Credit Card & Apple Pay transactions ONLY.
Race Day
Registration/Bib Pick-up: 6:30am - 7:30am
Race Begins: 8:00am
Parking is free and will be available adjacent to the academy grounds, with volunteers on site to assist.
Medals
Each runner (including virtual runners) will receive two commemorative medals—one honoring Deputy Andrew Nunez and one honoring Deputy Hector Cuevas, Jr.-- up to the first 350 registered runners!
