PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP AT ACADEMY SPORTS + OUTDOORS
Location: 7205 Pinnacle Pkwy, Covington, LA 70433
Date: Friday, May 19, 2023
Hours: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
WEEKEND PACKET PICKUP
Packet Pickup will be available Saturday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm and on race morning from 6:00am to 7:00am at the race site. We strongly encourage all participants to pick up their packet prior to race day. Lines can be long so if you do have to pick up race day, please come early! Remember that transition closes at 7:15am and the race starts promptly at 7:30am.
Bike check will be offered on Saturday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm for the Sunday race. More information and details regarding weekend packet pickup and bike check will be sent to Athletes prior to race week.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME TO PICK UP MY PACKET?
- Membership card printed from USAT website -OR- Membership card displayed digitally on smart phone -OR- Proof of purchase of One-day license
AND
- Photo ID
CAN I AUTHORIZE ANOTHER PERSON TO PICK UP MY RACE PACKET?
USAT does not allow for proxy packet pickup. ONLY THE REGISTERED ATHLETE CAN CLAIM THEIR PACKET.
