Vendor Options and Benefits
 
Corporate Vendor Spot - $150  (Health, fitness or children & family businesses)
Pediatric Cancer or Nonprofit Spot - FREE (Kids healthcare or cancer support nonprofits welcome)
  • The vendor/ nonprofit must bring everything for the booth (tables, chairs, canopy, banner etc.)
  • Each vendor/ nonprofit may have one canopy per booth 10x10 
  • Each vendor/ nonprofit may supply one item for race packets. They must have the item to GSF by May 7th.
  • Feel free to promote your business/ nonprofit, tell our attendees about what to do, pass out literature or special promotions, invite people to sign up to learn more about what you do in the community. 
 
For corporate or business vendors,  you can satisfy the vendor fee --> by creating a team under your company/organization name, and register the amount of runners that is required. ( *10 registered runners ) *This will satisfy the $150 fee.
  1. If you are setting up a team: E-mail your team name to cupcakerunsa@strongerthandipg.org so that we can verify all registrations.
  2. If making the $150 payment (instead of 10 registered runners), please make checks payable to: Gabriella’s Smile Foundation, 10650 Culebra Ste. 104 PMB 129 San Antonio, Texas 78251
  3. Sign up here for our email list and choose the payment option that best works for you. . Select Cupcake Run Vendor option from the drop down menu and remember to include your business name, address and phone number. This will help us keep you updated with event details and important race day information
