We are excited to host our 4th Annual Hero Dogs 5K9 - all donations and proceeds from the event will go toward the Hero Dogs, Inc. mission of improving the quality of life for our nation’s heroes by raising, training, and placing service dogs and other highly skilled canines, free of charge with lifetime support of the partnerships.
You do NOT have to register for the race to join a fundraising team, but you will not receive a race day t-shirt without an event registration. Also, it is NOT required to fundraise to participate in the 1K or 5K events.
To participate as a fundraiser, click on the Become a Fundraiser button and fill out the form to create your personal fundraising page. We definitely recommend including a personal story image so it is easy for your supporters to see your personal connection to the organization. Once created, this link can easily be shared with friends and family.
If you are interested in joining or creating a fundraising team, either select the team you wish to join in the drop down menu or select (New Team Fundraiser). Once you select new team fundraiser, fill out the new team name and fundraising goal.
