At Infant Loss Resources, the COVID-19 pandemic has showed us how to rethink how we plan for events. One thing COVID-19 has showed us, is how to rethink how best to engage in communities.  In fact, remote tools have become more essential than ever - but you cannot replace face to face interaction.  Like most businesses, we have continued hybrid to work while ensuring safe, infection-free conditions, and developed hybrid models to best suit our client's needs.

In order to make our 2023 Strides for HOPE a success, we are planning this year's event for both in-person and virtual.

Here are some things we have put in place to stay connected and continuing supporting our families:

Most meetings are still held virtually via zoom or Webex calls.
Staff are available via email or by phone. Please check out our website for more information. http://infantlossresources.org.

We will be using social media channels to stay engaged. Follow us on Facebook at Infant Loss Resources & Infant Loss Resources and Support or Twitter at @infantlossmo. You can also check us out on Instagram.

We will check office phone messages twice a day and follow up within 24 hours. We greatly care about our communities and want to do our part to keep you healthy, keep our staff healthy and help minimize the spread of the virus. We wish you and your families good health.

Whether you are suffering from a SIDS/SUID-related loss or are seeking more information for communities or professionals, we can help.

Infant Loss Resources is a private, not-for-profit organization that connects people to programs, services and information relating to SUID (which includes SIDS and other sleep related losses) in Missouri and surrounding counties in Illinois and Kansas.

Our dedicated, professional and caring staff provide a variety of individual, group and educational services and programs to Missouri-area residents and health-care practitioners including:

- Families directly affected by infant loss.
- Expectant Parents looking for the latest risk-reduction information.
- Health, medical and human-services professionals looking for the latest and most accurate information about SUID and coping with infant death.
- The community at large, including neighborhood and civic organizations, via presentations and workshops.

We are here to help you in any way we can and often refer clients to other local agencies for services Infant Loss Resources cannot provide.
