Cape Carteret Trail will be a closed loop asphalt and natural materials multi-use trail. The trail will welcome walkers, runners and bicyclist of all skill levels and abilities. The goal is to link area neighborhoods, business, schools and public services with a trail that the entire community can enjoy.
