Miles for Mutts

Online registration is now closed. You can still register on Saturday morning at the event packet pickup near the start/finish line.

The Ross County Humane Society is excited to announce our 5th Annual Miles for Mutts Fun Trail Run/Walk. Join us at the new Chillicothe Dog Park to put in some steps to benefit the shelter. Fun for all ages and breeds (leashed, well socialized dogs are welcome also--pick up duty is responsibility of the pet owner). The race is timed and there will be prizes awarded for the top finishers in each category. Sign up now for the discounted entry fee of $30 for a 1 or 4 mile walk/run.

All proceeds directly benefit the Ross County Humane Society. We are a non-profit corporation governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers from the community who are dedicated to animal welfare. We are committed to the general welfare, shelter and placement of animals, prevention of animal cruelty and overpopulation, and education concerning humane treatment of all living creatures. The Ross County Humane Society is not controlled or funded by any local, state, or national organization so we hope to make this fundraiser a huge success to benefit all of the dogs in our care.
