This year's donations go toward the Simon Greiner Program, created in honor of Simon Greiner to help OKCPS student-athletes succeed in life and reach their full potential by creating new and expanded opportunities to participate and excel in cross country and track & field. Each year, the Simon Greiner Program partners with local businesses to purchase and distribute hundreds of shoes to OKC urban core athletes at no cost to the runners. They also help educate and motivate athletes and coaches alike through track clinics, seminars, scholarship funds, and events like Mile Night.
