The YMCA is more than a gym - we are a community. The YMCA does not turn away anyone due to an inability to pay. Your donation helps us ensure that any person, regardless of income or situation, can be a part of the YMCA. This includes:
- Summer camp registration for kids
- Full-day child care programs
- Before and after school child care programs
- Memberships for families
- Active older adults
- LIVESTRONG at the YMCA for cancer survivors
- And more!
The East Shore YMCA is also one of the last YMCAs in the country to have a residence hall, which is home to 86 adult men (16 rooms are reserved for veterans in transitional housing).
