Individual Relay Entry (Create or Join a Team)

A team consists of at least 2 runners and no more than 10 runners - (or 11 if using the "unofficial exchange" 6A)

Each team is responsible for having their team members at Exchanges on the course, and getting your team members not running the last leg back to the Start/Finish line.
