Individual Duathlon
This is a Run-Bike-Run event: a 2.5 mile road and trail run followed by a 10.8 mile (paved road) bike ride, and finishing with another 2 mile road and trail run.
You may choose from the Open category (any bike is acceptable) or Fat Tire category (mountain bikes with flat-bars and tire width 2.0 inches or wider). There will be age group awards within the Open and Fat Tire categories. No e-Bikes allowed.

Duathlon Relay
This is a 2 member relay (one runner and one cyclist).
•The runner will complete a 2.5 mile road and trail run then hand off the timing chip to the cyclist.
• The cyclist will complete a 10.8 mile (paved road) bike ride.
•Upon completion of the bike, the timing chip will be handed off to the runner who will complete another 2 mile road and trail run.
•Awards will be presented in Male, Female, and Coed categories. No e-Bikes allowed.
