This is a point-to-point race with the start line at the Lost Turkey Trail in Windber, following the Lost Turkey Trail to Blue Knob, and finishing at Chappell's Field in Blue Knob State Park.

The half-marathon is a 13.1 mile loop starting at Chappell's Field and hooking onto the Lost Turkey Trail with a grueling climb to the trailhead in Winber, before making your way back to the finish at Chappell's Field

The 10k(ish) starts at Chappell's Field, heads onto Chappell's Field Trail then onto the Lost Turkey Trail around the campground to climb to Herman Point. From there, follow the connector trail for the descent to the finish back at Chappell's Field
