Event: ROAD: Half Marathon Training Program - FALL Session only: 9/3/2022 - 11/12/2022 train for the Richmond Half Marathon

This program starts weekend of August 27 and continues through Nov 12 in time to train you for the Richmond Half Marathon or any fall half marathon. Includes Saturday Group runs at West End or Woodlake areas and optional group runs on Sunday from Lucky Road Running Store. Join the fun today!

Event: TRAIL: Full Marathon Trail Training - aligns to Gritty Leakes Full Marathon Trail race on 11/5/2022

This program starts weekend of June 4 and continues through Nov 5 and is focused on training runners to participate in the Gritty Leakes Full marathon race on Nov 5. Those participating in this program will be eligible for early registration to the Gritty Leakes race and will receive a 30% discount too. Includes Optional Group runs from Lucky Road Running Store @ Willow Lawn. Join the fun today!

Event: TRAIL: Half Marathon Trail Training - aligns to Gritty Leakes Half Marathon Trail race on 11/5/2022

Start on June 4 or late August. Those starting June 4 will train with the Full Marathon trail team (up to 13 miles), then will drop back in late August and rebuild back up to a half. Train 2x or once. Your option. This program is for beginners through experienced trail runners.

Event: ROAD/TRAIL: Just Run Program - run any distance with our team (Anytime June 5 - Nov 5)

This program is for those that want to run with the team on the weekend, any mileage (longer or shorter) as a way to stay in shape; generally this group will be running 4 or 5 miles with the team each week but can run the distance the team is running that week.
