Tampa Bay BABES Tri Swim Clinic

Get race day ready with us ahead of the Tampa Bay BABES Triathlon! This 60-min session will cover what you need to know to have a safe, fun & successful swim at the BABES Tri. At the end, we will put the pieces together and do a race start & swim simulation so you get the real taste of what it's like. 

Led by Coach Coral Owen (Team BABE Head Coach, BABES Tri Race Director), this session will help you feel more prepared and at ease in open water. With over 20 years each of experience coaching swimmers of all levels, Coral specializes in helping women feel strong, confident, and calm in the water.

Additional details:

~ No open water experience required
~ Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously
~ Limited spaces available
~ You must complete the 2026 BABE Annual Membership ($10) for insurance coverage to participate in this event.
