BRC Annual Meeting and Installation of 2022 Officers and Board of Directors and 2021 Racing Series Awards
This year's BRC Annual Meeting will be held at GT Bray Park.
Date: Saturday, March 5, 2022
Time: 9:30 a.m.
Location: Meeting will be held at #3 Hickory Hollow Pavilion at GT Bray. Take the 51st St entrance into the wooded oak hammock near the dog park. The pavilion is positioned under the trees adjacent to the fenced-in playground. Parking is right next to the pavilion.
We will have breakfast items available (bagels, danish, coffee, etc)
This event is required of us as a registered 501(c)3 organization. Outgoing board members are recognized, incoming board officers are elected, and racing series awards will be presented.
Please RSVP by March 3. There is no fee, but we would like to get a head count for the breakfast order.
