Description
Benefiting Individuals with Special Needs - Join us for a fun, family-friendly community event supporting Camp Woodsmoke and the Lions Camp Project District 25F, Inc. Come join us for a day of fun and celebration of all abilities. We will have prizes for 5K - Top 3 Overall Male & Female and Age Group Awards/Recognition.
Included with the registration fee for participants in the 400M Dashes will be a wooden Camp Woodsmoke Roar & Explore 5K medal. Participants of the 5K will receive a t-shirt a wooden Camp Woodsmoke Roar & Explore 5K medal.
There will be Camp Woodsmoke merchandise available to purchase the day of the event and donations are welcome online or in person.
Welcome to Camp Woodsmoke
Located on 264 acres of woods and rolling hills near Greensburg, Indiana, Camp Woodsmoke offers an opportunity to come and relax in the beauty of nature. Camp Woodsmoke offers a special opportunity to campers with special needs. Camp Woodsmoke is an ongoing project of the Lions of Indiana District 25-F, and is funded entirely by donations from Lions clubs, individuals, and benevolent organizations. This project exists due to the support and efforts of the Lions Clubs of Indiana Lions Multiple District 25-F, Inc.

Race Entry Fees
Early bird 5K price: $30; After May 13, $35.
Kid's Dash, Wheelchair Dash & All Abilities Dash: 400 meter race, $15.
T-Shirts not guaranteed after May 24.

5K Race Age Groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Up

Parking
*PARKING - may be limited so carpooling is encouraged. Most parking will be on a grass surface, handicap accessible parking it available but also limited.
Restrooms/Pets
***PETS - are welcome at the event if on a leash and well behaved. No pets will be permitted on the 5K course or inside any buildings.
****RESTROOMS - Handicap Accessible restrooms will be available behind the dining hall, and all other spectators and participants are asked to use the bathhouse restrooms during your time on the premises.
Course Info
**COURSE INFO - Be advised the terrain for the 5K utilizes the camp's roads and trail system and is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Areas may be wet & muddy due to weather conditions leading up to and including race day. The start/finish will be on paved roads but most of the course will include loose gravel, rocks, roots, stream crossings and uneven ground. Please use caution when running, walking or rucking this course.
