You are invited to join the Extra Mile, Luke Humphrey and Mike Morgan as we share with you insights on proper pacing during your fall marathon training.
How fast should my easy pace be? I like to run my long runs at marathon pace, is that ok? How do I know what pace to run for my marathon? On my track workouts, I typically run 5K pace for my 800s is that right?
Luke will discuss why pace is important during all of your training runs and how your body reacts.
This hour long discussion will end with a Q & A so be sure to bring any questions you have about half or full marathon training.
