Description
Each year the Extra Mile kicks off the New Year with a seminar series. This year we are thrilled to announce our “New Year – New You” initiative. We want to help you get off on the right foot with your nutrition, foot care, skincare, lower back and hip engagement.

Saturday, January 5th @ 8:00 a.m. – Join Natalie Krause with Mary Kay and Jen Villarreal with Roden + Fields as they share ways to protect your skin while out moving in NW Indiana’s winters. This SHOW UP IN YOUR PJs event will allow you to test out their latest products so please dress comfortably!
