DESCRIPTION
Join the Seashore Striders in Rehoboth Beach for the 33rd annual Last Blast Prediction 5k Run/Walk.  The race will start at the Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach at 7:30 am.  The event will also present the Seashore Strider Summer Race Series awards.

RACE REGISTRATION:

• $25.00 Early Bird Pre-Race Registration through Friday, September 1st at 10 p.m.
• $30.00 Race Day Registration from 6:30 am- 7:20 am at the Grove Park on September 2nd

   Please fill out the form completely & neatly, double checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price (some events have different fees) & Event Choice.

RACE COURSE:  The course will begin at 7:30 am at the Grove Park and will follow an out & back course toward North Shores & back.   Please remain on the far right side of the road heading to North Shores.

RACE TIMING:    Seashore Strider Event Production Inc.

SCORING:  

• 5k..."Pretty Simple"...Predict your time during online registration and the top 20 closest to your predicted time wins the awards.  For example...if you predict 22:40 and you run 22:30.5 then your difference is 09.5 seconds.   Remember you are racing with no devices...iphones, watches, headphones etc...and NO LUCK!

RACE AMENITIES:  SWAG will be several items that we make available at all the Last Blast 5k such as series t's from the summer, long & short sleeve as well as SS swag.  I will have several available and runners will have their choice of several items and everyone who Pre-Registers should receive some type of swag.  Live Post-Race awards ceremony at the Grove Park as well as the Championship Series Award Presentation & A RUNNING GOOD TIME.

AWARDS:  

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, TOP 20 closest to your predicted time.  NO WATCHES, iPHONES, TRACKING DEVICES, HEADPHONES and LUCK ALLOWED IN THE LAST BLAST 5K. 

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL:  The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:  1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.   2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program.  3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.  Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
