This is a 100 mile endurance EVENT (not a race) for swimmin' women to keep track of their fitness during 2020 (The Summer of Coronavirus).You can use any exercise to log "blocks" of 30 minutes. The point is to have the blocks be time under tension (elevated heart rate situations) but since this is on the Honor System, any movement will do. Foam rolling, stretching, low impact yoga all count with the more obvious things like swimming, running, rowing, crossfit, peloton classes, and brisk walking- just MOVE!
This is NOT a race. Each participant will receive a latex swim cap from DrinkSimple, and the team with the most blocks recorded by August 15 gets their team color as the main color of the caps!
