Event Description
Join Us for the 37th Annual Apple Harvest Run!
The Apple Harvest Run is more than a race - it's a community tradition that brings neighbors, families, and runners together to support the students of the Dr. John C. Page Elementary School.
Whether you're running the USATF-certified 5-Mile or 5K, cheering from the sidelines, participating in the 1-Mile Kids Fun Run, or making a donation, every participant helps make a difference. Proceeds from the event directly fund educational programs, classroom resources, and enrichment opportunities that benefit Page School students and staff.
After the race, stay and enjoy a festive fall celebration featuring family activities, local food and beverages, community vendors, silent auction, and more.
For 37 years, the Apple Harvest Run has been powered by the generosity and spirit of our community. Join us this fall to run, celebrate, and invest in the future of our local students.

Immediately following the completion of the 1 Mile Fun Run
- Bounce house, obstacle course, inflatable ax throwing, games, prizes & more!
- Community vendors and young entrepreneurs will showcase and sell their products, offering attendees a variety of items to browse and purchase.
- NEW THIS YEAR! Pentucket Student Marketplace - Local students offering their goods and services while getting real world entrepreneurial experience.
- Silent Auction with gift baskets and experiences donated by Page School students and their families!

Apple Harvest Run - What's New This Year!
We've got some exciting changes for this year's Apple Harvest Run - here's what you need to know before race day:
5K & 5 Miler start together
This year, our 5K and 5 Mile runners will hit the course at the same start time (11:30 am). Watch for course markers to stay on your route!
Live results on your phone
No more waiting around for posted results - track times and standings live, right from your phone.
Registration, Shirts & Medals at the Start/Finish Line
Everything is centralized this year! Head to the Start/Finish area for:
- Race day registration
- Your race t-shirt
- Your finisher medal
Awards
- All 1 Miler kids get a children's medal + shirt (same as past years)
- Every 5K/5 Mile finisher gets a medal with our new logo + shirt
- For 5K/5 Mile participants
- 1st place in each age/gender category takes home a medal
- 2nd & 3rd place earn ribbons
Age Groups For 5K/5 Mile (Male, Female, Non-binary): <17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Registration Information
Online registration will close on Friday, October 16th at 7:00 PM.
In person registration will be available on Saturday, October 17th during bib pick up and Page Pasta Dinner and Sunday, October 18th at Bachelor Field till 10:30 AM.
Registration Dates
Early: June 7 - September 4
Standard: September 5 - October 12
Late: October 13 - October 18
Tshirts are only guaranteed if you are registered before September 18. After that, supplies may be limited.

Our annual basket fundraiser is one of the most important fundraising components of the Apple Harvest Run, helping the West Newbury PTO provide meaningful programs, experiences, and support for Page School students and teachers.
This year, every bid matters.
Funds raised through the Silent Auction directly support field trips, enrichment programs, school assemblies, classroom resources, staff appreciation, and the special experiences that make Page School such a wonderful place to learn and grow.
We've got incredible baskets, exciting experiences, and some truly one-of-a-kind opportunities generously donated by our Page School community. Now we need your help turning those donations into dollars for our school!

No paper bidding. The entire auction takes place online through Zeffy.
No need to attend the race. You can participate and win from anywhere!

Basket pickup: Winners can pick up their baskets by 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 18, at the Apple Harvest Run, or at Page School beginning Monday, October 19. We are unable to provide shipping at this time.

For years, our community has supported Page School through the Apple Harvest Run's traditional basket fundraiser. While the format has changed, the purpose hasn't. This fundraiser helps make possible the extras that our students and teachers count on throughout the school year. Every bid is an opportunity to give back to the school community while having a chance to take home something amazing.
