Are you ready to get your jingle on? Tie bells to your running shoes, grab your friends and family, and hit the pavement for the 2015 Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis on Saturday, December 5 at 1 Campus Martius in the heart of downtown Detroit. This fun, festive event includes a competitively timed 5K run/walk, 10K run option, and Kids Snowman Shuffle. Festivities begin at 7:30 a.m. Race start at 9:00 a.m. Holiday themed costumes highly encouraged. Whether you prefer to walk or run, wear your ugly Christmas sweater or don the craziest holiday costume, this 5K/10K is sure to spread smiles, holiday cheer and a winning spirit. Celebrate with fellow jinglers at the post-race party hosted by Hard Rock Cafe with great food, drinks and music. Awards will be given for fastest times, largest team, top fundraiser and best costume. All pre-registered participants will receive an official 2015 Jingle Bell Run/Walk long-sleeved shirt and finisher medal. More than 50 million Americans have arthritis, including 300,000 kids.
