October is a great time of year for running. It has cooled down from the sweltering heat of the summer, the leaves on the trees are extremely picturesque, the zombies/ghouls/goblins are all out haunting their neighborhoods...what a perfect time to tackle a run!
Whether you're striving for an end of the year PR or just getting out to have some fun, The Headless Horseman Chase is a great choice. Both the 10 mile and 5k will be on the cart paths of Boulder Creek Golf Club in Belmont. There may even be some spooky things taking place as you cruise through this evening run.
